SuperDial is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with a front-end focus to build and enhance our AI-powered healthcare platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about creating intuitive, high-performance web applications while also having a solid understanding of back-end systems. If you enjoy working with modern front-end frameworks, building scalable UI components, and contributing to a fast-growing product, we want to hear from you!

About the role:

  • Design and develop front-end features (75%), ensuring a seamless, responsive, and performant user experience.

  • Contribute to back-end services (25%), collaborating on APIs, data flow, and AI-driven features.

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build an intuitive and scalable UI.

  • Optimize front-end performance, focusing on accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability.

  • Help define and implement best practices for component libraries, state management, and front-end architecture.

  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and performance optimizations to improve the platform’s scalability.

  • Collaborate on UI/UX design and implementation, including creating and refining designs in Figma.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on front-end engineering.

  • Expertise in JavaScript and deep experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Next.js).

  • Comfortable working with Node.js or Python for back-end services and API integrations.

  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility best practices, and responsive design.

  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query) and front-end testing frameworks.

  • Enjoys working with UI/UX design tools like Figma and has experience implementing design systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with healthcare or AI-driven applications, where usability, security, and performance are critical.

  • Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data streaming to enhance front-end interactivity.

  • Experience with component libraries, design systems, or front-end performance profiling tools.

  • Passion for clean, maintainable code and experience contributing to open-source projects or internal tooling initiatives.

The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $195,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
