We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Group Product Manager to lead our Automations Group—one of the most strategic domains in monday’s platform, powering our automation and integrations engine, including the new monday workflows product.

This is a rare opportunity to shape how millions of users automate their work and connect monday.com to the broader ecosystem.

  • Extensive leadership experience managing large-scale product areas serving a broad customer base.
  • Proven success leading managers — at least 6+ years managing PMs (including Group or Senior PMs) with a track record of developing top-performing teams.
  • Strategic operator: Skilled at setting north-star metrics, building actionable strategies, and aligning multiple teams behind measurable outcomes.
  • Data-driven and impact-focused: Strong analytical abilities; comfortable using metrics to define success and guide trade-offs.
  • Exceptional communicator: Inspires clarity and alignment across senior stakeholders, communicates complex decisions simply, and represents the product vision effectively.
  • Execution excellence: Balances urgency, craft, and quality; ensures continuous learning and improvement cycles across teams.
  • Experience in SaaS — must.
  • Technical fluency (development background advantageous).
