About the Opportunity
We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Senior Growth Manager to lead growth initiatives across Southeast Asia. You will own the full-funnel strategy for these markets — from improving market accessibility and reducing barriers to entry, to executing high-impact campaigns and driving product-led growth. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role where your work will directly influence user acquisition, activation, and retention across three of SEA's most dynamic markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Market Accessibility
  • Identify and remove friction points in the user onboarding journey specific to local market conditions, including language, payment methods, KYC flows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with product and compliance teams to localise the product experience for SEA users.
  • Track and improve key accessibility metrics — onboarding completion rate, time-to-first-transaction, and local payment adoption.

Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel growth campaigns (paid social, influencer, CRM, referral, and partnerships) tailored to each market's audience and culture.
  • Own campaign P&L: set targets, manage budgets, and deliver against CAC, ROAS, and activation KPIs.
  • Work with creative, brand, and localisation teams to develop market-relevant messaging and assets.
  • Analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and iterate rapidly.

Product Growth Marketing
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify growth loops, referral mechanics, and feature adoption opportunities.
  • Drive go-to-market execution for new product launches and features in the three markets.
  • Champion user research and local market insights to shape product roadmap priorities.
  • Build and maintain segmentation and lifecycle frameworks to improve LTV and reduce churn.
What We Look For In You
  • 5–8 years of growth, performance marketing, or product marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on SEA markets.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in Southeast Asia — ideally across multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent) to derive insights and drive decisions.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, including budget ownership and performance reporting.
  • Solid understanding of product growth mechanics — referral programmes, activation funnels, lifecycle marketing, and feature adoption.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator; able to work effectively with product, design, compliance, and regional leadership
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Filipino, or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or consumer apps is preferred.
Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!
