About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Owner within the Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security domain. This role will report to the Cybersecurity Governance Product Management Director. This role is critical to ensuring the Bank's infrastructure is protected in alignment with information security best practices, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and evolving threat landscapes. Additionally, this role will partner with engineering, compliance, business stakeholders and other product owners to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that support enterprise-wide objectives.
In this role, you will:
  • Develop, evolve, and communicate the Infrastructure Security vision, priorities, and strategy to key partners and stakeholders while obtaining feedback, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Drive product management for Cybersecurity / Infrastructure Security key functions including governance, secure baseline management, security log management, network security, and endpoint security.
  • Lead key strategic initiatives from inception to sustainment.
  • Translate technical cybersecurity policy requirements into business consumable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and launch secure and scalable solutions.
  • Drive alignment across business and technology teams through coordinated roadmaps and delivery plans.
  • Advise senior leadership to develop and influence initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for complex business and technical needs within the Information Protection domain.
  • Be a cross-functional partner with engineering, architecture, legal, compliance, risk, and cybersecurity product owner teams to interpret and operationalize requirements.
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor Information Protection goals and performance indicators, using metrics for continuous improvements and data-inspired decisions.
  • Utilize voice-of-customer for discovery and product/service design and continuously advocate for the customer.
  • Plan and manage product area feature backlog by working with scrum teams to write features, and continuously refine the work with teams in Jira, based on progress/impediments.
  • Display proficiency with process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce redundancies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years product management, product ownership experience in a technology organization.
  • 3+ years of Agile practices and frameworks with proficient Jira expertise (coaching, product manager or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • General information security / cybersecurity engineering or operations experience.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS).
  • Technical systems engineering background.
  • Experience within multiple cyber domains (cloud, IAM, vulnerability management, cyber defense, application security, third party security).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best solutions.
  • Experience establishing a vision, developing strategy to support the vision, and driving action towards the vision through effective management of roadmap, goals, and objectives.
  • Advanced level of experience including writing user stories, features, and prioritizing work to align to product roadmap.
  • Thought leader who brings diverse experiences and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and gain alignment amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.
  • Strong risk management leadership skills.
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
