Ontra is seeking a reporting to our Director, FP&A.
This role is a great opportunity for individuals who excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and have a proven track record in strategic finance and financial analysis. This role is integral to the development, tracking, and reporting of key operational and financial metrics, and plays a crucial role in our forecasting and budgeting processes. It involves meaningful collaboration with R&D and GTM teams to drive long-range revenue forecasts and ROI analyses on strategic initiatives.

• Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of the company's revenue model
• Support the development, tracking, and reporting of financial and operational metrics.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to optimize forecasting for various planning cycles.
• Build and maintain models for ad-hoc requests and special projects, including financial analyses and ROI assessments.
• Lead and mentor a financial analyst, fostering a collaborative environment

• 6+ years in financial modeling and analysis with 2+ years as a people manager
• Experience working in high growth technology businesses, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or similar roles is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on financial data and metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and effective manner.
• A background in constructing detailed financial models and forecasts using Excel, incorporating best practices in financial analysis

Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

Base pay range
$144,000 - $216,000 USD
