The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted partner/advisor to people leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management, and compensation planning initiatives. This role requires an experienced HR professional with a strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to influence and implement HR strategies that support our company’s growth objectives.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership skills to ensure our HR functions support the company’s overall objectives and foster a positive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and align HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Support non-exempt and exempt employees.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency, including organizational design, change management, employee relations, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to leaders on workforce trends, talent management strategies, and organizational health.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and uphold ethical standards in all HR practices.

Skills Needed:

  • Proven track record of partnering with leaders to drive business results through effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Experienced with Change Management.
  • Experienced with managing employee relations matters (investigation management).
  • This role supports employees at our office locations in Austin, TX  and Northern California/Bay Area office locations.  
  • Travel is required for this role.
  • Role will reside at our Rohnert Park location, in office 3 days/week.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR as an HR business partner/generalist.

This position has an estimated base salary of $180,000 - $225,000, a cash bonus, and equity.
