Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Implementation - Digital (Americas) to lead our Digital pillar across the region. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads in the Americas region, leading the Digital Pillar. This role will provide strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of implementation projects for Adyen's Digital customers.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead, develop, and scale a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads within the region.
  • Drive the quality and standardization of project delivery across the Americas region.
  • Execute the implementation strategy into a focused, pillar-specific roadmap focused on reducing time to live.
  • Manage complex operational challenges within your pillar, ensuring resolution while providing guidance and support to your team leads.
  • Liaise with product and commercial leadership and participate in ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with other teams and drive initiatives to grow the IM organization in maturity, quality, and scalability.
  • Help define and execute strategic initiatives to advance the IM function's OKRs.

Who You Are 

  • 7+ years of experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement, innovation, and results.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges of global commerce and the various components and dependencies required for a customer to be successful across different regions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate seamlessly with a global, multi-cultural team.
  • Strong people leader with the ability to inspire, lead, and grow high-performing teams and their leaders.
  • Strong focus on execution and driving operational excellence in your teams.
  • Strong thinker who can identify operational, commercial, and technical opportunities to drive customer value and scalable improvements.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and change, and you value and strive for simplicity and speed.

Other details: 

  • This role is based in either our San Francisco or New York City office.
  • We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
