You’ll be joining our Demand Generation Marketing team reporting to the Head of Demand Generation

  • Lead Annual & Quarterly Marketing Planning: Drive the planning and prioritization process for the marketing team, aligning strategy with tactical execution, spending, and ROI goals.
  • Project Manage Integrated Plays and Campaigns: Lead the planning and collaboration process for integrated initiatives across cross-functional marketing and revenue teams, facilitating clear strategy, high quality deliverables and on-time execution across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Prioritize and Facilitate Channel Execution: Support internal customers of virtual and live events, lifecycle, community, and performance marketing by building and socializing processes that prioritize highest-impact initiatives and streamline collaboration.
  • Manage Planning Calendar for Priority Plays, Campaign and Initiatives: Drive a hyper cross-functional planning process for quarterly integrated marketing plays, priorities, and budgets with a focus on near term and long term roadmaps.
  • Facilitate Key Decision Points: Identify critical decision moments during program execution, aligning teams and resources to ensure smooth progress and timely resolutions.
  • Monitor & Report Performance: Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics and deliverables, using data to evaluate performance and inform future marketing plans.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with content, product marketing, performance marketing, growth, revenue, and GTM/marketing operations to ensure program and campaign goals are met. Work across global marketing partners to expand our reach.
  • Project Manage Marketing Campaigns and Experiments: Build project plans and oversee campaigns, ensuring clear deliverables, deadlines, and high-quality, on-time launches.

The senior program manager plays a critical role in planning for the marketing team and collaborating across multiple functions to ensure efficient execution of marketing strategy. This role is a strong partner for marketers with stakeholders including, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, MOps, Sales/Business Development and Strategy/Biz Ops.

About You
  • A rigorous approach to mastering complexity is a must, without sacrificing empathy and flexibility for unplanned needs that can be required in a dynamic environment. 
  • A strategic and analytical thinker who can connect programs/projects to business priorities
  • The ability to bring people along in planning and act as a team unifier in meeting goals.
  • An understanding of how subfunctions of marketing come together for impact. 
  • A level of character that builds trust and exemplifies working collaboratively 
  • 6-8+ years experience in program or project management
  • Experience in working with Asana or equivalent platforms
  • BA required 
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred

Salary

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $160,000 - $188,000 in San Francisco, CA. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
