We are seeking a highly talented, driven, and self-motivated Senior Partner Marketing Manager - Data Engineering to join our growing Partner Marketing team.

This role is for someone who truly has an "own it" mentality, thrives in complex, matrixed, and sophisticated organizations, and loves to work cross-functionally to get things done. You will be instrumental in understanding and advocating for how our ecosystem can best support Snowflake's Data Engineering goals, having a heavy hand in planning and executing our strategy. And, you will be a core part of the team shaping, strategizing, and executing on Snowflake’s major Data Engineering campaigns, with a specific focus on exponentially increasing their visibility and success through and with partners.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance in either Menlo Park, CA, or Bellevue, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the advisor, the subject matter expert, and a critical decision-maker in how to enhance our Data Engineering campaigns and reach essential audiences for Snowflake’s growth by activating the partner ecosystem in the most effective way. This role is highly cross-functional, with a ton of ownership.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that position Snowflake’s Data Engineering offering through our partner ecosystem.

  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, PR, social, sales, and alliances to build alignment around go-to-market plans for Data Engineering, ensuring seamless execution.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • Experience executing joint GTM strategies, partner marketing campaigns, and demand generation programs to build pipeline.

  • A bias for action. A proactive mindset with the ability to act decisively, take initiative, and move projects forward efficiently while bringing people along the journey.

  • Experience in BI or Data Migrations

  • Technical and business-benefit understanding of prevailing and BI technologies.

  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners at all levels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance management, business development, or consulting, with a focus on services partnerships, or proven product marketing experience bringing innovative technologies to market.

  • Ability to think big and re-imagine how Snowflake can deliver value to customers in collaboration with our partner ecosystem.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions and engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a strong ability to create actionable marketing plans that align with business objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
