Overview 

We are looking for thought leaders in Agile, Product Management, and Business Analysis to join our team who are passionate about delivering innovative that meet real business needs. Our Product / Agile Analysts thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams—working closely with UX designers, developers, data specialists, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver features that align with the overall product strategy. We combine Agile methodologies with modern analysis techniques to define success, drive the product vision and strategy, and lead the creation and prioritization of feature roadmaps based on business value and user impact. 
 

Responsibilities: 
 

  • Collaborate with product leaders, designers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to shape product direction and deliver valuable solutions from concept to launch. 
  • Define and evolve a product vision and strategy rooted in user needs, business objectives, and data. 
  • Lead discovery efforts, apply analysis techniques related to user research, mapping, and modeling, and conduct feasibility assessments to explore and validate product ideas. 
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term delivery with long-term innovation; ensure transparency and alignment across teams. 
  • Prioritize product features and capabilities based on value, effort, dependencies, and user feedback. 
  • Translate ideas into clear, testable user stories and success criteria; support agile events and iterative delivery. 
  • Establish and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and guide continuous improvement. 
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring shared understanding of goals and outcomes. 
  • Support adoption planning and coordinate product rollouts using change management principles in collaboration with partners across the business. 
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies; take ownership of resolution paths. 
  • Help shape and evolve good practices across the team—encouraging collaboration, user focus, and agility. 
  • Mentor team members, share knowledge, and promote a product-thinking mindset across the organization. 
  • Lead and conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), 508 compliance testing, etc. 

Qualifications: 
 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, agile business analysis, or related roles within software or data product development. 
  • Proven ability to define, plan, and deliver end-to-end product solutions in cross-functional, agile environments. 
  • Experience transforming “requirements” to an evidence-based, prioritized product backlog. 
  • Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts that enable efficient development. 
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and backlog management practices. 
  • Ability to lead discovery work using a range of research methods and collaborate on iterative design. 
  • Comfortable working with data—able to define metrics, analyze performance, and use insights to drive decisions. 
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills. 
  • Adept at balancing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and working across business and technical domains. 

 

This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary that Excella reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top or bottom of the range. 
 
Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus in addition to the base salary. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of shared firmwide goals and objectives as determined by Excella’s Executive Team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply. 

Should your experience and knowledge qualify you for a different position or title within Excella, we may consider you for positions that better align with your qualifications. In that case, we will provide the range for those positions as well. 

Pay Range
$100,735$142,165 USD
