At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together.

We’re looking for a Senior Product-Led Growth Marketing Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the “self-serve → enterprise” upgrade funnel end-to-end. You’ll blend analytical rigor with creative growth-hacking to build programs that convert lower-tier users into high-value Enterprise customers. You’ll partner deeply across Data Science, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Revenue Operations to launch experiments, optimize handoffs, and drive sustainable expansion. Your superpower is turning product behavior into commercial outcomes: discovering the signals that predict upgrade, expansion, validating them empirically, and operationalizing them via in-product experiences, lifecycle programs, and tight handoffs to Sales & Enablement.

This is a role for the hands‑on keyboard growth marketer who loves rolling up their sleeves to experiment—yet can also zoom out to set a forward‑thinking strategy that keeps Webflow ahead of rapid digital, plg, and AI innovation.

About the role:
  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
  • Full-time
  • Permanent
  • Exempt
  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $132,500 - $173,500
      • Zone B: $126,000 - $164,500
      • Zone C: $119,000 - 156,000
    • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • Zone A: $149,500 - $196,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

As a Senior Product-Led Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll …

  • PQL Strategy & Definition:
      • Identify key actions, sequences, thresholds, and intent patterns that predict expansion opportunities
      • Define and maintain qualification frameworks and Product-Qualified Lead criteria—identify the in-product behaviors that signal readiness for expansion and enterprise engagement
      • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and RevOps to align on tracking, scoring thresholds, and handoff processes
      • Continuously iterate on PQL signals to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Program design & activation: Own program design end-to-end, translating signals into multi-surface programs (in-product nudges, lifecycle messaging, paid retargeting, sales triggers, website experimentation) that increase qualified lead generation, opportunity creation, expansion, upgrade, and iARR
  • Experiment & Iterate: Design a rigorous test‑and‑learn roadmap with rapid A/B and multivariate tests; analyze results; iterate and scale winning experiments that improve full-funnel conversion
  • Data Strategy & Analytics: Leverage product analytics (e.g. Pocus, Amplitude), CRM insights (e.g. Salesforce), Tableau dashboards to track performance & identify friction points, segment high-value cohorts, and forecast impact
  • Analyze performance daily/weekly: produce insights on what’s working, what’s not, and actionable next steps. Maintain a living dashboard of KPIs tied to PQL, SQL, SAO (sales accepted opp), and revenue
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Data, Product, & Engineering to instrument growth levers and ship key features/IPNs; align with Sales & RevOps on routing, & Lifecycle on program cohesion to ensure friction-free hand-offs and full-funnel alignment
  • AI Exploration: Prototype AI-driven workflows, content personalization, and PQL predictive scoring; stay curious about emerging AI tools to unlock new growth channels
  • Playbook Development: Document processes, share learnings, and empower the broader team with scalable growth playbooks and dashboards
  • Enterprise-Grade Execution: Ensure all programs align to enterprise-grade  security, compliance, and brand guidelines; maintain polished collateral and messaging
