About the Role 

Instacart is looking for a Senior Product Manager to transform our core shopping experience. This role concentrates on using advanced personalization and AI to enhance basket building, transforming how users interact with stores, swiftly restock essentials, and explore new favorites. You'll optimize the current shopping process for greater personalization and efficiency and create innovative experiences that set Instacart apart, making grocery shopping delightful.

About the Team - Our Discovery is at the heart of Instacart’s user experience, focusing on personalizing the exploration of stores and items. We are committed to ensuring that every recommendation is thoughtful and spot-on, helping users find exactly what they need, when they need it.

About the Job 

Set strategies for how Instacart can help users quickly restock and discover new products they love.Drive core personalization of the shopping experience to match users with precisely the right content at the right moment.Create new AI- features that enable Instacart to have a differentiated, delightful shopping experience. Collaborate with ads teams to integrate seamless shopping experiences that encourage brand discovery.


About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience on a consumer product
  • Experience leading product growth roadmaps
  • Able to handle the prioritization and execution of a large number of initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiar with A/B testing, including experiment design and analysis
  • Strong communicator, summarizing project status and outcomes to a large audience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Product management experience in consumer internet or eCommerce field in designing, implementing and improving user facing experiences
  • Experience with AI and personalization
