About the Opportunity

As the Senior Product Manager for Hiro’s Developer Tools vertical, you’ll be owning the product strategy, requirements definition, internal coordination, and launch activities for Hiro’s flagship developer-facing tools: Clarinet, Platform, and Explorer. Our ideal candidate has a track record of success in growing and scaling pre-revenue B2B SaaS products and driving complex technical product integrations. You’ll be critical in developing, pricing, and launching new user-facing product offerings at Hiro with direct responsibility for annual revenue contribution.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for Hiro's developer tools suite, orchestrating collaboration between engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact features that drive user adoption and revenue growth
  • Craft comprehensive product documentation, from strategic PRDs and technical specifications to internal guides and customer-facing materials that enable successful product adoption
  • Lead user research initiatives in partnership with Marketing and Design, developing deep insights into user behaviors and needs to inform product decisions across our developer tools
  • Establish and own product metrics that matter, delivering regular insights to leadership that demonstrate progress and inform the overall strategic direction
  • Shape overall product strategy while maintaining direct accountability for revenue targets, ensuring our developer tools portfolio drives meaningful business impact
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years shipping software products, with deep experience in SaaS platforms, technical integration, infrastructure, and/or developer tooling
  • Track record leading early-stage products from concept to launch in high-growth environments
  • Strong technical foundation with CLI tools, APIs, and developer documentation—hands-on coding or testing experience is ideal
  • Experience running user research programs and translating feedback into product improvements
  • Expertise in modern software development and project management (Agile/Scrum certified preferred / PMP nice to have)
We’d Also Like to See:
  • Ambition, adaptability, a strong sense of personal ownership, and a bias for action—you’re capable of detail-oriented, hands-on execution and consistently exhibit high-level strategic thinking.
  • Highly collaborative individuals who engage well with engineers, designers, product marketing, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated skill in intelligently using AI tools to 10x yourself and your impacts.
  • Strong sense of product aesthetics, attention to detail, and a high standard for excellence.
  • Understanding of DevOps, application architectures, deployment, and operations.
  • Interest in blockchain technology and its potential to transform developer tools.

We’d love to hear from you even if you don’t have experience or interest in every bullet.

What we’ll offer:
  • Compensation (regardless of location, benchmarked annually): $165k-$195k
  • Company equity and Stacks (STX) tokens--STX is the native cryptocurrency of the Stacks network
  • $500/mo co-working space reimbursement
  • $1,200/yr stipend for learning and development
  • $1,000/yr of charity donation matching to an organization of your choosing
  • Daily Lunch Reimbursement (even if you’re remote!)
  • Open Vacation Policy, take the days you need
  • Family-Friendly Health Benefits
  • Free Life and Disability Insurance
  • Health and dependent care (FSA)
  • Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • 401k with 3% match

Please note that benefits vary by country, the ones shown above are for our full time U.S. based employees. Benefit information for non-US based positions will be provided to individuals who interview for those roles. Due to legal and logistical constraints, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in the United States, Canada, and select countries in the EU.
