Yardzen is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to elevate our platform and drive innovation across the customer journey. You’ll lead the development and iteration of features that enhance customer engagement, streamline internal workflows, and generate measurable business impact. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Operations. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of the platform and will have regular exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage all phases of the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery to optimization
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects across various stages, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
- Independently oversee day-to-day product tasks and responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Product to manage Engineering team activities and workflowCollaborate with Engineering to scope, define MVPs, document requirements, write JIRA tickets, and test in staging/production environments
- Work with Product Design to translate requirements into approved, development-ready designs
- Facilitate agile product ceremonies, including standups, planning, retrospectives, and team breakouts
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Operations
- Ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience across platforms
- Align closely with Marketing to ensure consistent product positioning and messagingServe as the customer advocate by conducting product market research, analyzing competitors, and gathering user insights to identify product opportunities
- Track product performance, analyze data, and implement iterative improvements based on user feedback
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to increase conversion and optimize key performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) products
- Experience managing AI- or data-driven product features is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a remote work environment
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with agile product development and tools such as Jira, Figma, Maze, usertesting.com, userfeeling.com, LogRocket, DataDog, and Split.io
