WORK WITH MULTIPLE ENGINEERING TEAMS AND PARTNER TEAMS IN ANALYTICS, DESIGN AND RESEARCH. PLAN, RUN AND ANALYZE USER RESEARCH SESSIONS TO SUPPORT DECISION MAKING AND STRATEGY. WORK WITH THE PRODUCT TEAM BASED IN THE UNITED STATES AND AUSTRALIA, FOCUSED ON MEASURING AND IMPROVING SPECIFIC GOALS IMPORTANT TO JIRA'S SUCCESS. CONTRIBUTE TO PRODUCT TEAMS, SETTING PRODUCT VISION AND STRATEGY AND LAUNCHING EXCELLENT PRODUCTS. DESIGN, RUN, AND ANALYZE A/B TESTS USING STATSIG ANALYSIS TOOL; USE SQL LANGUAGE QUERIES AND DATABRICKS TO CALCULATE AND INTERPRET KEY BUSINESS AND USER EXPERIENCE METRICS. UTILIZE AMPLITUDE TOOL TO MEASURE PRODUCT METRICS AND CREATE DASHBOARDS TO IMPROVE BUSINESS OUTCOMES. RUN LARGE-SCALE USER RESEARCH SESSIONS AND ANALYZE RESULTS WITH DOVETAIL TOOL TO MAKE INFORMED PRODUCT DECISIONS. IMPACT THE TEAM BY SETTING CLEAR GOALS AND MAKING DECISIONS. COMMUNICATE CLEARLY WITH THE TEAM, LEADERS ACROSS ATLASSIAN AND WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS. CREATE POSITIVE OUTCOMES ACROSS PRODUCTS AND TEAMS WHILE TAKING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND DATA IN ACCOUNT.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: FIVE (5) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCT MANAGEMENT WITH EXPERIENCE UNDERSTANDING FUNNEL METRICS, IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE, SHIPPING, LEARNING AND ITERATING; UNDERSTANDING BUSINESS GOALS AND DEVELOPING A PRODUCT ROADMAP; INCLUDING THREE (3) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE LAUNCHING EXPERIMENTS, MEASURING IMPACT, ITERATING AND REPEATING; INCLUDING THREE (3) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING, RUNNING, AND ANALYZING A/B TESTS USING STATSIG ANALYSIS TOOL AND HOW TO CALCULATE AND INTERPRET KEY BUSINESS AND USER EXPERIENCE METRICS WITH EXPERIENCE USING SQL AND DATABRICKS; INCLUDING THREE (3) YEARS UTILIZING THE AMPLITUDE TOOL TO MEASURE PRODUCT METRICS AND CREATE DASHBOARDS TO IMPROVE BUSINESS OUTCOMES AND RUNNING LARGE-SCALE USER RESEARCH SESSIONS AND ANALYZING RESULTS WITH DOVETAIL TOOL TO MAKE INFORMED PRODUCT DECISIONS.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: MUST PASS TECHNICAL INTERVIEW.
OFFERED WAGE: $162,000.00 - $216,000.00 PER YEAR
