The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives to enhance acquisition and adoption of Jira Service Management and Service Collection, develop go-to-market strategies, and create compelling content while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Atlassian seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, adoption, and expansion of Jira Service Management and Service Collection within our existing customer base. You will implement marketing campaigns across all funnel stages for both SMB and enterprise customers. Collaborating with Product Management and demand generation, you will deliver distinctive campaigns based on product positioning and messaging you create, unique to each of our target buyers. You will also influence our go-to-market strategy for our ITOM capabilities, working closely with product stakeholders in a rapidly growing area of our service management business.
In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for implementing marketing programs to sustain the momentum and growth of Jira Service Management and Service Collection, encompassing both product-led and sales-led initiatives. You'll shape our campaign narratives, drive awareness of Service Collection & differentiators, design end-to-end campaigns, and partner cross-functionally with a range of stakeholder teams. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $175,500 - $229,125
Zone B: $158,400 - $206,800
Zone C: $145,800 - $190,350
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Craft compelling messaging and positioning used within campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, adoption, and expansion of Service Collection.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Service Collection IT Operation Management (ITOM) capabilities, including the creation of high-impact content for technical audiences.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Performance Marketing to design and execute campaigns that drive new Service Collection sign-ups and qualified leads for sales.
- Be the voice of the customer and market by providing market and customer insights to product, marketing stakeholders, and demand generation.
- Become an expert in our target audiences, understand their jobs to be done, pain points, effective outreach methods, and which campaigns will prompt them to switch to Service Collection.
- Conduct customer and market research to inform product direction, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- 5-8+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- An understanding of both PLG and sales-led GTM tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels
- Enjoy writing unique and compelling content for a diverse set of influencer and executive decision-maker personas
- Be a passionate, self-starter with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who likes to make data-informed decisions
- Be able to spot opportunities to improve, and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and sales enablement to help us meet our key results around revenue, adoption, and expansion
- Thrive on teamwork and experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and more
- Have worked to deliver campaigns that move the needle and turn heads in the market
- Experience making data-driven decisions and tracking campaign performance to drive the best results
- Can translate projects and initiatives into business impact
