About the Job:

Radicle Health is looking for a Senior Project Manager. You will play a key role in leading customer-facing projects that support billing operations and other Professional Services initiatives across Radicle’s platforms. This role combines project management, process coordination, and customer engagement to ensure work is clearly scoped, delivered on schedule, and aligned with customer and business goals.

The Senior Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating with internal teams (Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) and customers to keep projects organized, documented, and progressing smoothly from start to finish.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, billing operations, or a similar role.
  • Background in SaaS, healthcare, or technology operations required; Experience in Radicle suite of products preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project tracking & documentation systems such as Jira, Monday.com, or Confluence preferred.

Core Strengths:

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Communicates clearly and follows through consistently.
  • Understands billing processes and system dependencies.
  • Collaborative, reliable, and comfortable working across teams.
  • Focused on driving clarity, structure, and accountability in how work gets done.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Project Management & Coordination

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery — from intake and scoping to execution and closeout.
  • Define timelines, deliverables, and milestones for each project and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  • Coordinate work across Billing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and updates to keep all teams aligned on status, progress, and outcomes.

Customer & Internal Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer projects during execution.
  • Translate customer needs into clear requirements and communicate them to internal teams.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and ensure expectations are managed consistently, maintaining a clear feedback loop with the customer — including measuring satisfaction through a post-project survey upon completion.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal partners.

Operational & Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in how billing work is scoped, tracked, or delivered and propose practical solutions.
  • Help standardize project workflows and templates for consistent execution across the Billing team.
  • Support ongoing process documentation to improve visibility and alignment across Professional Services.
  • Partner with peers to improve handoffs between Billing, Customer Success, and Support.

Billing-Specific Support

  • Oversee customer billing projects requiring coordination across systems or data teams.
  • Ensure accurate setup, configuration, and testing of billing processes during customer implementations or changes.
  • Track billing-related metrics and ensure that project deliverables align with operational goals.
  • Support communication and escalation on any billing system issues impacting customers.
