What You'll Do

Up-level engineering standards and provide mentorship
- Be a senior voice on the team. Mentor engineers, set the standard for clean, maintainable code and champion best practices. Mentor teammates and help grow a strong, thoughtful engineering culture.
Be a cross-functional partner
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and clinical teams to ensure our systems support real-world needs-and that we build with empathy for the humans using our tools.

- Prior experience in the healthtech space
- Strong full stack experience

♟ Chess Master - Analytical Thinking
- You focus on high-impact initiatives and say "no" to distractions. This includes balancing short-term wins with long-term vision, making tough trade-off decisions with limited resources, and maintaining focus on what truly matters.
Chameleon - Adaptability
- You move seamlessly between priorities, technologies, parts of the stack, from low-level implementation to high-level strategy - without missing a beat.
Teacher - Collaboration & Mentorship
- You bring others with you. You share context, give thoughtful feedback, and raise the bar for the whole team.
