ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for an exceptional Growth Engineer who can help us accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue across our mobile gaming platforms. In this role, you'll straddle the worlds of product engineering and business outcomes, focusing on driving key metrics through rapid experimentation and data-driven optimization.
Design and implement high-velocity A/B experiments across our user journey to optimize conversion and retention
Build systems that enable marketing and product teams to rapidly test ideas without engineering bottlenecks
Develop and optimize user onboarding flows to maximize new player activation
Create tools to personalize user experiences based on player behavior and preferences
Implement, analyze, and optimize monetization strategies across our games
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities
Develop features that increase virality and organic user acquisition
3+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year focused on growth initiatives
Experience working with A/B testing frameworks and product analytics
Proficiency in mobile development (iOS, Android, or React Native) and/or backend technologies (preferably Go)
Strong understanding of product metrics and how they relate to business outcomes
Ability to balance code quality with velocity - knowing when to build for learning vs. longevity
Curiosity-driven approach with a bias toward measuring results
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
Strong product sense and user empathy
