Our DOCA Product Group leads software strategy for ConnectX and BlueField DPU product lines - cornerstones of NVIDIA’s data-center and AI strategy. Together, we are building the networking backbone of tomorrow’s intelligent systems and shaping the future of how computation connects.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, incorporating feedback from customers and teams to support ecosystem growth.

  • Collaborate with AI product teams, engineers, and customers to advocate the use of DOCA SDK and to develop new DOCA APIs, libraries, and microservices for new deployments.

  • Collaborate deeply with multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams to establish priorities and define precise, actionable requirements for breakthrough projects.

  • Forge strong partnerships with customers and ecosystem partners - actively listening to their technical needs, delivering expert guidance, and supporting successful, large-scale AI deployments that drive their strategic goals.

  • Create use cases and reference applications to demonstrate product value to technical and executive audiences.

  • Gather insights to define future products, including analysis of complementary and competitive products and customer feedback.

What We Need to See:

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years of product/program management experience in embedded software or networking, covering hardware and software systems.

  • Expertise in cloud technologies, Linux, User Space, DPDK, Kubernetes, and accelerated networking (InfiniBand, Ethernet).

  • Strong ability to translate customer and business insights into networking software solutions, with a focus on cloud providers, enterprises, integrators, and vendors.

  • Proven success working with Enterprise clients and top Cloud Service Providers on product releases and large-scale AI deployments.

  • Advanced analytical and product/project management skills in dynamic, technical environments.

  • Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
  • Strong background in Data Center networking, AI-driven networking, storage, and security techniques.

  • Proven leadership in embedded software development, from networking infrastructure to application-level innovation.

  • Hands-on experience with DPU offload architecture, programmable networking pipelines, and NVIDIA technologies (CUDA, embedded solutions), with deep platform ecosystem knowledge.

  • Success in partnering with global enterprise customers on networking and cloud infrastructure deployments.

  • Extensive product management experience in international organizations, with a focus on adaptability and cross-cultural collaboration with proven ability to monetize infrastructure software platforms, driving significant revenue growth.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD for Level 5, and 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
