What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Care Delivery team at Grow Therapy. This role is focused on helping providers deliver exceptional care to clients. You’ll be responsible for evolving our in-house telehealth platform and building both in-session features and between-session care resources that deepen client-provider connection, improve care outcomes, and support meaningful therapeutic work. You’ll join a remote-friendly product team and report to a Director of Product.

  • Ownership: Own the roadmap and strategy for the Care Delivery team 
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and mobile teams at Grow to build a comprehensive ecosystem for supportive between session experiences for clients
  • AI-Native Thinking: You will leverage AI to build cutting edge products to support providers in providing high quality care to clients. 
  • 0-1 investments: Identify new strategic opportunities and gaps to improve the care delivery experience for our providers and clients to redefine the teletherapy experience
  • Set best practices and culture for product at Grow: You will play a huge role in deciding how we hire and recruit product managers in the future

 

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$225,000


You’ll Be a Good Fit If: 

  • Product Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in healthcare product management. Prior experience on telehealth or AI products is a plus but not required. Experience with AI and LLM tools or displayed interest in this space.
  • Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with other product, engineering teams, and/or clinical teams as key stakeholders or end users.
  • User Empathy: Passionate about engaging with external users, understanding their unique challenges, and leveraging those insights to build products from first principles.
  • Adaptability: Resourceful and resilient, able to think on your feet, overcome setbacks, and inspire your teammates to do the same.
  • Team Player: Naturally collaborative, you thrive on camaraderie and shared success, earning trust as a dependable partner and source of encouragement.
  • Self Starter: Highly motivated to take ownership of your work and deliver exceptional results.
