About the Role:

As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help us hire top talent through our next phase of company growth. You will represent Hello Heart to the external market while shaping how we build teams internally. Reporting into our Director of Talent, you will own full-cycle recruiting and partner closely with leaders to translate business goals into effective hiring strategies.

You bring a candidate-first mindset to every search, balancing speed, quality, and experience while maintaining a high talent bar. By combining market insight, data, and strong relationships, you help ensure we meet both current and future talent needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across assigned functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and close.
  • Partner closely with executives and hiring managers to define hiring needs, align on role scope, and set realistic timelines.
  • Act as an advisor by sharing insights on market conditions, candidate availability, pipeline health, and projected time-to-fill.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through applications, referrals, outbound sourcing, and talent communities.
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies using custom tools, processes, and data to support business growth.
  • Utilize and optimize recruiting systems and workflows to improve efficiency, visibility, and outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring stakeholders to anticipate future talent needs and support long-term workforce planning.
  • Maintain strong business acumen across Hello Heart’s products and services to craft compelling hiring narratives that attract high-quality candidates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology company
  • Previous experience hiring for global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong recruiting skill set, including passive talent engagement, stakeholder partnership, and executive-level search support
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting systems and tools, such as Greenhouse, Gem, Calendly, and OpenAI, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to source and hire passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search techniques, and professional networks
  • Experience managing evergreen roles across Product, Data, and HealthTech, as well as Director-level and above searches
  • Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills with a high level of accountability
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven, with the ability to challenge thoughtfully and build trust
  • Deep understanding of recruiting best practices, labor markets, and global hiring trends

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000.00 to $175,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary, and do not include equity or benefits.
