WRSTBND is seeking Site Techs. This position will handle the onsite load-ins, load-outs, and operation of gear during a project. The Site Tech is expected to see to completion varying sizes of projects across the country, where WRSTBND equipment and personnel will be required to support the client and/or event. Duties range across technical and professional functions and may include skilled and semi-skilled tasks. This is a contract position as part of our Operations team that reports directly to the Operations Manager. The position is a traveling position to and from onsite event locations.

As an Site Tech for WRSTBND, you'll:

  • Be part of the onsite operations team

  • Setup, test, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment

  • Load In/Load Out Equipment

  • Assist with Client/Customer support

  • Report back larger/unresolved equipment issues

  • Ensure all show requirements are met

  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Problem solving capabilities - Ability to think outside the box, and find creative ways to

    approach logistical issues

  • Ability to follow directions including all policies/procedures, risk management, safety

    precautions, rules/regulations, and emergency procedures established at the facility.

  • Ability to work flexible hours based on projects, including daytime, evening, weekends, and

    holidays as needed.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate

    results

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team members and vendors.

  • Ability to effectively follow oral and written instructions Clear, accurate and concise communication skills.

  • Ability to perform frequent physical work such as climbing stairs, sustained, lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds, moving,and bending

  • Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to learn
