The Solutions Architect will be a trusted technical advisor for our largest and most complex implementations, designing solutions that use the monday.com Work OS in integrated environments. The Solution Architect partners with the business stakeholders including Sales, Partners and Customer Success and with the Builders - Product, R&D and Security. The Solution Architect works closely with the project team to create implementations that meet all perspectives of the business, both technical and operational.


About The Role:

  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to scope, architect, design, and implement solutions using the monday.com Work OS
  • Support new deals from pre-sales stage, to POC, to post sale delivery
  • Plan and design customer’s onboarding solutions, API integrations, reporting program, custom scripting, user management, write user guides, presentations, and more
  • Design more complex solutions that utilize our developer tools, such as the monday APIs and apps framework
  • Supplement complex workflows using no-code tools like Zapier, Integromat, Mulesoft, etc
  • Push the limits of the monday.com Work OS by building complex workflows for your clients
  • Advocate for your customers with Product when their needs are not met
  • Play an active role in initiating, researching, and extending monday.com product capabilities for our customers by assisting customers in exceeding their business goals.
  • Work closely with the Account Management, Sales, partners and Services teams, to advise and design creative solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on technical matters to our internal CS and PS teams.
  • Support building and maintaining the technical knowledge of our professional services and client onboarding team. 
  • Develop proficient knowledge of the monday Apps framework and its capabilities in order to detect what can or cannot be achieved with it while designing a solution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as technical customer success / professional service / implementation manager / technical project management / technical account management / technological consulting, specifically within implementation of complex products.
  • 3+ years of experience in senior technical solution roles in an enterprise B2B environment.
  • Specializes in digesting complex business requirements and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable to the client's needs.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTfu, GraphQL)
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Experience working with and guiding setup of SSO/SAML/AD and other identity authentication protocols.
  • Experience with integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat) and web services 
  • BA or BS degree

For Colorado-based hires only: Compensation Range: $102,000-$130,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or RSUs based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
