About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Client Marketing to lead marketing programs that drive member enrollment, client satisfaction, partnership growth, and member engagement. This role owns the client marketing vision and roadmap—ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value, support retention, and fuel expansion. Acting as both strategist and operator, the Senior Manager will align with client development, sales, and internal marketing teams while engaging executive stakeholders to shape and execute campaigns that demonstrate ROI. This highly cross-functional role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
- Develop and execute client marketing strategies that support enrollment, retention, engagement, and expansion goals across Foodsmart’s client base.
- Deeply understand your client base and member population to design meaningful, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, digital media, grassroots outreach, webinars) tailored to those populations.
- Act as a trusted marketing advisor to clients, providing insights, best practices, and creative approaches to maximize campaign success.
- In partnership with Client Development, own the development of client-facing marketing materials including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and success stories.
- Support client renewals and upsell opportunities by providing compelling marketing narratives, data-driven results, and tailored proposals.
- Track performance of client marketing initiatives, analyze campaign data, make data-backed recommendations, and report on impact to both internal stakeholders and clients.

You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required; Master’s degree a plus.
- 6+ years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 3 years in client marketing, account-based marketing, or member marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or working with health plan clients strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and executing client-facing marketing programs that drive engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface directly with clients and executives.
- Strong project management skills, with experience juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
