The Impact of Strategic Sourcing Delivery Lead to Coupa:
In this role, the individual will act as the client delivery lead for 1 or more customers for Coupa’s Category & Sourcing Strategy Value Realization Managed Services. The individual will provide expert-led support to deliver measurable savings by operationalizing category strategies and optimizing sourcing execution. This role will partner with the client to hold accountability across activities including but not limited to data collection and processing to spend analysis, category strategy development, and sourcing delivery—enabling improved spend under management by leveraging Source-to-Pay (S2P) leading practices.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day service delivery for one or more clients, ensuring all commitments are met within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Own client relationships and communication to drive a consistently excellent customer experience.
- Analyze customer and enriched data to develop and execute aligned category strategies (e.g., sourcing, procurement, invoice).
- Lead strategic sourcing wave plans and ensure successful delivery of “Sourcing Standard” projects.
- Support value realization through reporting and collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Category Management, and Strategic Sourcing with deep Coupa expertise.
- Proficient in Coupa AI Classification, Advanced Analytics, and Standard Sourcing with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
- Skilled in spend analysis, opportunity assessment, and source-to-pay (S2P) processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at working in remote teams with some travel flexibility.
- Potential to travel up to 20-25% when needed in the US
The estimated pay range for this role is $72,250 - $102,500
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
