Job Description:

Pluralsight’s Digital Success team is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual contributor to help drive the growth and scalability of our organization. Reporting to the Sr Director of Digital Customer Success, this individual will collaborate with leadership, operations, and data science teams to ensure successful execution of key initiatives. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in operations, data analysis, and cross-functional project collaboration.

Who you’re committed to being:

  • Supporting the operational execution of key initiatives and programs aimed at evolving our Customer Success strategy, with a particular focus on balancing human-led and digital engagement efforts.

  • Helping build and optimize digital workflows, ensuring that activities and milestones are well-defined and executed on time.

  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives and experiments.

What you’ll do:

  • Assisting with the alignment of Digital Success strategy and initiatives with key business partners.

  • Utilizing our tool stack to help the business build human-led and digital programs to increase retention and adoption of our platform including Salesforce, Gainsight & Pendo

  • Partnering with team members on evolving the adoption of the Gainsight platform across all CS teams

  • Collaborating with finance and operations teams on capacity modeling for our Scale segment.

  • Supporting day-to-day operations and task optimization within the team.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Hands-on experience with Digital Touch/Scale product growth and customer success operations.

  • Deep knowledge of our current tool stack

  • Familiarity with customer success processes and methodologies.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including interacting with leadership and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in SaaS operations at a SaaS company

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with Excel, GSuite, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Physical Requirements:

Pay Transparency:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
