Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. The intern will support the supply chain team in optimizing procurement, logistics, inventory, and planning operations. This role provides a hands-on learning opportunity to gain practical experience in end-to-end supply chain functions within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of supply chain activities including procurement, production, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Support demand and supply planning processes by analyzing data and forecasting trends.
  • Help track shipments, update delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues.
  • Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Update and maintain supply chain documentation and systems (e.g., ERP software).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Operations, and Quality Assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
