About the role

This is a full-time, temporary position set to end on November 28th, with the possibility to transition to a standard role pending performance and business need. 

We’re looking for a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with clinical care leadership to hire world-class talent that helps Two Chairs build a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental health care. As a member of the Operations Team, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth and scale.

You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers, and communicating the unique Two Chairs employer value proposition to candidates. 


Core Areas of Responsibility

  • Hire clinicians to provide exceptional mental healthcare to our clients
  • Communicate the unique Two Chairs EVP to prospective inbound and outbound candidates
  • Interview candidates and assess their ability to perform the job responsibilities
  • Advise hiring managers on interview best practices and provide coaching and feedback on talent assessment
  • Create a positive candidate experience that amplifies Two Chairs' employment brand
  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process, including managing strategic approaches to sourcing and re-engagement

Impact and Success Indicators 

Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days:

  • Clearly communicate the Two Chairs organizational culture and EVP 
  • Demonstrate understanding of the clinical care team and its hiring needs 
  • Independently navigate and utilize our recruiting platforms
  • Hire clinicians to provide exceptional mental health care to our clients

Where you’ll make an impact in the first six months:

  • Deliver a consistently exceptional candidate experience 
  • Hire clinicians aligned with our mission and business model 
  • Yield MoM growth in candidate conversion rate from phone screen to start
  • Provide feedback about the clinical recruiting process and partner with peers and team leadership to implement solutions
  • Identify and support one to two areas of impact based on your goals and areas of strengths and interest that drive results for the collective People Team 

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • Full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting for independently licensed behavioral health clinicians 
  • High-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • A deep understanding of talent acquisition platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Gem, Greenhouse, and TalentWall
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and calendar management skills
  • A desire to leverage your business acumen and an ability to analyze and interpret data to inform your decisions

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $111,200 - $120,000. The final offer is dependent on the qualifications and experience of the candidate hired.
