Who We Are

You’ll take ownership of building our sourcing engine to attract and hire world-class technical talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner directly with our Engineering teams, serving as the first point of contact for industry professionals and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from the very start.  

What You’ll Do

  • Innovate and execute creative sourcing strategies to deliver top technical talent to X. 

  • Own talent mapping research, referral generation, and targeted sourcing campaigns.  

  • Effectively align candidates’ motivations with X’s value proposition, roles, and expectations.  

  • Manage pipeline activity reports and analyze historical data to optimize hiring impact and efficiency.  

  • Partner closely with the recruiting team to anticipate upcoming headcount needs and proactively understand how new hires fit into the organization.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup.  

  • Proficiency with Boolean search operators, x-ray searches, and advanced sourcing techniques.  

  • Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.  

  • Strong ability to influence at various organizational levels, leveraging data-driven decision-making.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical job profiles, such as Software Engineering, Data Science and/or Design.
