  • 3+ years of experience managing technology partners at a high growth SaaS company
  • Experience launching new technology partnerships from go live on the marketplace & creating pipeline focused, revenue productive long term partnerships
  • Revenue focused and able to manage partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won)
  • Experience in HR tech related fields - huge plus!
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and growing programs from the ground up
  • Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations with executives
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes less structured, and entrepreneurial environment
