We’re hiring a highly organized, relationship-driven Technology Partner Manager to join our high-performing Sales organization. This non–quota-carrying role focuses on executing, maintaining, and optimizing Unanet’s existing technology partnerships to ensure alignment, enablement, and measurable impact for our shared customers.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen integrations, expand partner engagement, and drive value for our shared customers. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you’ll help coordinate partner programs, manage day-to-day operations, and support go-to-market initiatives that strengthen integration adoption and customer value.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Unanet and assigned technology partners
  • Manage and grow relationships with named technology partners, focusing on growing joint revenue
  • Build and execute strategic alignment between Unanet and our technology partners, including driving go-to-market programs, solution development, field enablement and technical alignment
  • Understand and articulate the breadth of Unanet’s product portfolio and its associated value proposition by being able to sell the value of why partner with Unanet to prospective partners
  • Create scalable, lasting partner program processes, including external facing program guide documentation and development of internal processes
  • Track and report partner performance metrics (integration adoption, engagement activity, pipeline influence) to support leadership visibility and decision-making
  • Guide and coach newly signed partner-built technology partners through partner-built integration path
  • Maintain accurate partner profiles, metrics, and activity tracking in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Attend tradeshows and events to recruit new partners and build strategic relationships with current partners
  • Educate new and potential partners on crossbeam data sharing and manage existing technology partner crossbeam mapping data
  • Participate in sales program training sessions, meetings, skill-building and professional development courses
  • Engage with partners in the Unanet community, focusing on driving engagement and partner knowledge

Your First 90 Days

In your first 30 days, you will become familiar with our products, the industries we serve, and the Unanet Partner program. You will meet the various teams you’ll collaborate with across our organization and familiarize yourself with your named partners, shadowing on partner calls. You will have access to salesforce and crossbeam and learn how we manage our partner program processes and tools.

By 60 days, you will have transitioned to manage your assigned portfolio of technology partners—building engagement plans, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and developing regular communication and reporting cadences. During this time, you’ll deepen your understanding of Unanet’s product positioning and learn how to best support our Sales and Customer Success teams in partner-related efforts.

By 90 days, you’ll operate independently as the primary point of contact for your partners, executing your engagement plans and identifying opportunities to strengthen alignment, drive adoption, and enhance partner performance across our ecosystem.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or ISV program coordination
  • Proven ability to manage existing technology or SaaS partnerships
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, CSM, and Marketing teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20–30%)

Your Differentiators

  • Experience with integration, technology and/or app marketplace partners
  • Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, or accounting software ecosystems
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and partner management processes
  • Experience in Government Contracting or Architecture & Engineering or Construction industries
  • Knowledge of Crossbeam and partner relationship mapping

The salary range for this opportunity is $85,500-$100,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time. You will further be eligible to participate in Unanet's employee benefits plans and programs. For more details on Unanet's benefits offerings, please visit https://unanet.com/employee-benefits
