About the role:
We are currently seeking a Transit & Review Supervisor, to join our team. The Transit & Review Supervisor will report to the Transit & Review Manager and support our customers by implementing effective solutions for shipping and payment loss prevention while supporting the needs of the Transit & Review team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Team Leadership:
- Assist in leading and mentoring the Transit and Review Team agents by providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring
- Provide regular feedback and support development plans.
- Work collaboratively with BPO counterparts and other LOBs to address day-to-day concerns and feedback.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and adherence to company values.
Operational Oversight:
- Assist in organizing and overseeing daily Transit and Review Team operations to help meet SLAs, KPIs, and OKRs.
- Support the development and management of operational workflows while contributing to improvements in the customer experience.
- Ensure team scheduling aligns with daily operational needs.
- Address immediate operational challenges and escalate issues as needed.
- Achieve department and individual target goals consistently
Quality Assurance:
- Support the Transit & Review Team Specialists in achieving quality goals.
- Help foster a culture centered around customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks and feedback loops.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and issues in shipment and fraud prevention.
- Contribute to the preparation and presentation of reports on operational performance and fraud prevention outcomes to management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- 1-3 years of order fulfillment, shipping, and/or payment/fraud prevention experience.
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, required
- Ability to motivate remote teams, experience working with a BPO is a plus.
- Experience working in a growing start-up environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
