About the Role

Quisitive is seeking a visionary Vice President, AI Strategy & Services to lead the evolution of our Microsoft AI consulting and advisory practice. This executive role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology innovation, solution architecture, sales, and delivery.

The Vice President will define Quisitive's AI strategy, lead executive client engagements, and serve as the firm's technical thought leader for Microsoft AI technologies. Working closely with Delivery leadership, this individual will establish the technical vision, delivery standards, engineering practices, reusable assets, and platform strategies that enable Quisitive to consistently deliver world-class AI solutions.

This leader will balance strategic business consulting with deep technical expertise across Microsoft's AI ecosystem, ensuring our offerings remain differentiated, scalable, and aligned with Microsoft's product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will be physically located within the US with Dallas, TX being preferred.

Expected Travel: 40-50%

Key Responsibilities

AI Leadership

  • Define and evolve Quisitive's AI strategy, service offerings, solution portfolio, and go-to-market approach.
  • Establish Quisitive as a premier Microsoft AI consulting partner through thought leadership, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Ownership of the roadmap for AI advisory services, AI modernization, intelligent applications, AI agents, and enterprise AI transformation.
  • Represent Quisitive with Microsoft, strategic partners, analyst firms, and executive customer communities.

Technical Strategy & Architecture Leadership

  • Define the enterprise architecture strategy for Microsoft AI solutions across Azure AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Graph, and related technologies.
  • Establish technical standards, architectural patterns, reference implementations, reusable components, accelerators, governance models, and best practices.
  • Partner with Delivery leadership to define engineering methodologies, implementation approaches, DevSecOps standards, AI lifecycle management, and solution quality expectations.
  • Guide technical decisions around agentic AI architectures, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, AI observability, model evaluation, responsible AI, and AI governance.
  • Ensure Quisitive's AI capabilities remain aligned with Microsoft's technology roadmap and emerging innovations.

Delivery Partnership

  • Partner closely with Delivery leadership to mature Quisitive's AI delivery capability.
  • Develop technical enablement programs, engineering playbooks, implementation frameworks, and reusable delivery assets.
  • Define technical certification priorities and capability development plans across consulting, architecture, engineering, and data teams.
  • Guide the establishment and evolution of AI Centers of Excellence and technical communities of practice.
  • Provide executive oversight into complex AI solution architectures and strategic client implementations.

Client Advisory

  • Lead executive conversations around AI strategy, transformation, governance, modernization, and business value realization.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, AI strategy engagements, innovation sessions, design thinking workshops, and roadmap development.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable Microsoft AI solutions and implementation strategies.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic AI engagements and transformation programs.

Sales & Business Development

  • Support strategic pursuits, proposals, executive presentations, and large AI opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Solution Architects to shape differentiated Microsoft AI solutions.
  • Develop repeatable offerings that accelerate sales cycles and improve delivery consistency.
  • Build trusted relationships with Microsoft field teams and strategic alliance partners.

 Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, cloud architecture, AI, data, or digital transformation.
  • 7+ years leading consulting practices, technical organizations, or enterprise architecture teams.
  • Demonstrated success building AI consulting practices, technical communities, and delivery organizations.
  • Executive-level consulting experience with Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Proven success leading strategic sales pursuits and executive customer relationships.
