What You’ll Do:

As VP, Common Services, you'll be the architect of CoreWeave's foundational cloud experience, driving the engineering behind our essential services—billing, observability, APIs, and data platforms - powering the AI revolution. You'll build and lead a world-class team, tackling the complex challenges of scaling for massive demand: ensuring data integrity, optimizing for low-latency, mastering real-time monitoring, and building resilient infrastructure that defines our platform's reliability. Your team will also build the tools and environments that allows our engineering team to at great velocity and scale. 

This leadership position will require a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and business acumen. You will work closely with our SVP and other executive team members to shape the infrastructure roadmap, drive innovation, and ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of CoreWeave Cloud Platform.

Who You Are:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Compute Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams and fostering a positive and productive team culture.
  • Experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Compute Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams and fostering a positive and productive team culture.
  • Experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $300,000 to $375,000 and $420,000 to $525,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
