  • Provide executive-level insights and recommendations that drive company-wide revenue decisions.

Process Optimization & Enablement
  • Design and implement efficient end-to-end processes across the revenue cycle, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success.

  • Drive adoption of best practices in lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer lifecycle management.

  • Oversee sales enablement initiatives, including onboarding, training, and playbook development.

  • Establish scalable global processes and governance models to support rapid growth.

Data, Reporting & Analytics
  • Own the revenue performance dashboard and provide real-time insights to leadership.

  • Establish consistent metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards across all revenue teams.

  • Partner with Finance and Business Intelligence teams to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline health analysis.

  • Lead the centralization of revenue analytics and ensure a single-source of truth across GTM teams.

Systems & Tools Management
  • Oversee the tech stack for revenue teams, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and customer success platforms.

  • Ensure system integrations are optimized for data accuracy and workflow automation.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and insights.

  • Define the long-term GTM systems architecture and ensure technology scalability.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the operational bridge between marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and product teams.

  • Facilitate regular revenue operations reviews and business performance meetings.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the revenue operations team.

  • Build and mature a high-performing, multi-disciplinary global RevOps organization

Who you are:
