The Director, Technical Accounting and Reporting will lead the technical accounting and reporting team, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, implementing accounting pronouncements, managing stock-based compensation, and maintaining internal controls, while also conducting annual audits and special projects.

The General Ledger Accountant will support accounting operations by performing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing duties, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, as well as assisting internal/external auditors and driving process improvements.
