Identify and measure key inputs vital in developing sales team goals, strategies, plans, policies, and improvement opportunities.

Drive operational efficiencies by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale.
Partner with sales leadership to define and build attractive compensation models.
Drive adoption of CRM tools and dashboards.
Manage and optimize our inbound lead qualifying and triaging process.
Conduct sales funnel analysis to establish pipeline forecasting and derive data-driven insights.
