This position is an essential, strategic component of the Systems Operations team. The Principle Salesforce System Architect acts as a partner with the Marketing and Sales Ops teams to optimize our process, systems and operations. Through the use of design documentation and best-practice methodologies; they will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support. They will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, ensuring that proper testing is implemented and performance requirements are closely monitored. The ideal candidate has strong technical Salesforce experience and is a highly driven and results-oriented individual, who can balance the art of execution and tying it back to strategy. They have sharp critical thinking skills and are quick on their feet. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful and has had proven success in keeping the customer in mind and driving towards successful outcomes.
