Own the Sales Compensation Process End to End.
Assist with quarterly and monthly analyses in support of Fictiv’s sales management team.
Assist in reporting, and operationalizing key performance metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards to help drive insights and action.
Frame and break down complex problems into key components, design and execute on data and business insights and provide recommendations to drive tangible business outcomes.
Identify inefficiencies, implement change management solutions, and track progress through planning, process, and tool improvements.
Support our sales team with respect to operational processes and reporting insights.
Special projects and analytical support to senior sales strategy leaders as needed.
Conduct analysis and share data-driven insights by synthesizing the impact of initiatives led by project teams.
Ensure data integrity by understanding and identifying opportunities to improve the back end data structure.
Help build data governance with single source of truth data documentation.
