The Coordinator will play an important support role on the People Team by contributing to a range of areas including HRIS management, data entry, on-boarding, off-boarding, reporting, 401(K), equity, as well as ad hoc dashboard projects. The coordinator ensures data is well maintained, accurate and entered correctly in a timely manner. This person should be comfortable with data input and managing data, thrive in a service/support oriented position and is eager to learn and improve upon existing processes.
