Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Controls and Dynamical Systems, or a related field.
Experience in some, or preferably most of the following areas:
Applied Mathematics: linear algebra, differential equations, numerical analysis, optimization, probability, statistics, stochastic processes.
Engineering: estimation, tracking, computer vision, signal processing, controls, machine learning, distributed computing.
Software: design, analysis, testing, optimization; fluency in Python; experience with a compiled language such as C, C++, or Rust.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with an ability to explain to both technical and non-technical audiences.
