Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will join Grammarly’s Lifecycle team, whose goal is to ensure that registered users are extracting maximum value from our products. We do so by delivering messaging that is always on-brand, useful, and highly targeted in order to build and retain trust with our customers. We also send ad hoc campaigns such as surveys, product updates, and performance recaps to advance learnings, company-wide business results, and public perception of our product.
This role will be hands-on with all of our tools, handle campaign deployments, and be involved in setting up experiments. In other words, you’ll keep our team running efficiently and effectively and will be exposed to nearly every project that is part of the lifecycle function.
