We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in the development and implementation of our healthcare applications. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our organization in delivering safe and effective healthcare solutions to our Enterprise customers.

Initial Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of the outputs of our clinical applications (usually forms of medical record summaries or decision supports), assessing them for accuracy and quality of medical language

  • Collaborate with our Customer Operations and Healthcare Industry leaders to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures

  • Guide our technical and customer support teams in how to develop and implement applications in customer clinical workflows

Eventual potential responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track quality metrics, generating reports and presenting findings to management

  • Provide training and support to customer support teams on quality assurance processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related discipline). Advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, including chart review within healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data and documentation

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in Gsuite, Slack, Zoom

  • Certification in quality assurance (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Manager) is a plus
