About the Team

• The Caviar for Companies Restaurant Operations team is responsible for restaurant onboarding, success and account management, as well as menu curation and nutrition optimization
• We work with our restaurant partners to curate delicious meals that meet the unique needs of our clients
• We impact our restaurants by driving revenue to valuable partners during their non-peak hours 
• We impact our customers by providing unique office meals from their favorite local restaurants that include full ingredients, allergens and nutrition facts 
• Key initiatives the team is focused on include improving and updating our menu offerings (e.g. vegetarian options, seasonal offerings, etc), providing nutrition information on our menus and working cross-functionally with other business units to continually improve operations

About the Role

• You will be responsible for reviewing and adjusting client menus to meet dietary preferences, dietary allergies, and portioning
• You will be responsible for ensuring adequate variety is met across weekly menus regarding cuisine-type, client-specific preferences, and individual dish types 
• You will be expected to balance client choice with profitability
• You will be expected to understand and apply consumption data 
• This role requires a high level of focus (computational/data entry work) as well as knowledge of common dietary allergies
• Key focus areas include menu planning, menu adjustments (including client-requested changes and headcount changes), and keeping client profiles up-to-date (including clients’ dietary preferences, favorite/least favorite restaurants, and client-specific portioning)
• Success is measured by speed and accuracy when curating menus
