General Purpose:
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a devoted PC gamer and community enthusiast to manage CORSAIR’s community content as provided by our loyalty club members. You are a fan of CORSAIR yourself, are a social media native, and are eager to help us bring our community engagement to the next level.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Be a key face for CORSAIR to engage with CORSAIR Club members
- Curate and moderate community content for the CORSAIR Club, sourcing photos from community channels, organizing them into galleries and providing meta tags
- Support community managers by creating quick turn marketing assets for social media activations
- Work with the eCommerce team to promote exclusive offers and entice membership through social
- Qualify CORSAIR Club members into tiers and assist with administering badges and points to club community members
- Help coordinate activities and requests with internal teams where appropriate
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years experience in community management and social media, Bachelor degree prefered
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar
- Good eye for community content and passion for CORSAIR
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Superb communication skills both internally and externally
- Great sense of (internet) humor, and understanding of PC gaming culture
