Sage Intacct is looking for a Content Operations Manager to drive and own the strategy for the Highspot content management system used by employees and partners globally. In this role, you will oversee the content operations management lifecycle, including planning, strategy, training, management, measurement, and evolution of the system. This is a cross-functional role that will require you to work closely with our Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Systems/IT, Channel teams, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and work closely with content producers to help identify how and where Highspot can help enable new sales or marketing initiatives, such as specific sales plays
  • Use analytics tools to measure and monitor the health of the solution and drive adoption, usage, and engagement. Identify the most effective features, content, and sales practices, and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve upon the content governance model that ensures content is kept up to date, is named and organized consistently and unused or ineffective content is archived.
  • Maintain integrations with other systems, such as Salesforce, Box, Outlook/Gmail, Single Sign-On.
  • Serve as the internal Highspot functional expert and go-to person

Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in implementing, managing, and maintaining Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably at a SaaS company
  • An understanding of the software sales process, and how content is used to engage customers and progress the sales process.
  • Strong analytic and process-oriented mindset with an attention to detail; Ability to translate data insights into recommended actions
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills that can guide, solicit, influence, train, and manage multiple departmental requirements and staff (Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence)
  • Familiarity with Box, Salesforce.com (esp. Content Libraries), SharePoint, Google Drive, DropBox, etc.
  • Direct experience with Highspot CMS highly desired
