Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web. 

We’re looking for a Lead Video Producer to help us produce exceptional, compelling, and insightful videos about design, the modern web, and the no code movement. We don’t want to produce the same type of marketing you see from other businesses. We want to find innovative ways to capture the incredible stories from our community, and create thoughtful and engaging media for our audiences. We’re fostering a collaborative writer’s room mentality, and this is an integral role on the team.

About the role

As a Lead Video Producer, you’ll … 

• Work with our Director of Content and the broader marketing team to set the strategy for our external video storytelling efforts. This includes: customer and community stories, work with influencers/agencies/contractors, and material for our social channels.
• Own the production process of marketing-centric videos. Manage timelines, deliverables, resources, asset collection, and contractors. From concept to execution.
• Edit audio and video, and oversee the work of contractors working in this area.
• Work with our Director of Content to scale the video marketing team at Webflow, from full-time hires to a pool of regular contractors.
• Ensure the highest quality and creativity of our video marketing content.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Lead Video Producer if you:

• Are an expert in editing audio and video in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, or Final Cut Pro X.
• Have an interest in animation and a knack for some of our favorite production tools like After Effects, Photoshop, Keynote, ScreenFlow, or Cinema 4D.
• Can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and editors simultaneously.
• Have a good sense of storytelling and rhythm.
• Are a self-starter who can deeply collaborate with others and communicate proactively.
• Have a growth mindset, a willingness to own problems, comfort with ambiguity, and a healthy balance of humility and confidence.
• A passion for design and creating engaging, innovative content.
