Position Summary:

Druva Technical Marketing Manager with Sales / Professional Services Background 

If you are currently working in the data protection / backup & recovery industry in sales or professional services, and are interested in switching to an exciting career in marketing, this is a phenomenal opportunity to work for a fast growing leader!

Druva’s marketing team is seeking a technical professional to develop content that engages and educates IT, data management and security buyers at various stages of their decision-making journey.

The Technical Marketing Manager will report to the head of content marketing and work cross-functionally with product marketing / product managers and various members of the sales and marketing teams to create technical assets for digital / Web marketing and sales engagement. Examples of content assets to create include, but are not limited to:

  • Tech talks with live Q&A’s 
  • Live and recorded demos 
  • Technical white papers
  • How-To Guides
  • Technical solution briefs / data sheets
  • Technical overview videos
  • Product Webinars 

Additional skills and requirements include:

  • A deep understanding of IT decision makers in mid-market and enterprise companies including their challenges, needs, strategic initiatives, priorities.
  • Ability to assimilate technical information into easily digestible value propositions and content that engages technical decision makers and influencers at various stages of the buyer decision-making journey. 
  • Strong conceptual and writing proficiency.
  • A team player that works well cross-functionally with a wide range of colleagues and executive stakeholders.
