Senior Content Strategist
Partnering key product teams, you’ll work on Udemy’s B2B product, Udemy for Business (UFB). This is truly a content strategy role in the sense that it requires system/IA thinking as well as attuned and precise UX writing. Working on product vision in close partnership with design and product management, you’ll own content strategy decisions across the scope of the product—from onboarding to data insights.
As the UFB product teams are divided between Dublin and San Francisco, the role can allow for travel.
We’re excited about you because you have:
- 5+ years of writing experience, ideally including global audiences
- Experience as a content strategist or UX writer, ideally at a consumer tech company
- Proven ability to work successfully with product design, brand, and product management partners
- Portfolio showcasing excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to partner with multiple teams on multiple projects simultaneously
- Appetite to help define and evolve the Udemy voice and tone
